Rover service near Missouri City, TX

SO F'king dope. BMW had a dead battery on the 2nd sub-floor of a parking garage. Saw the ad for Wrench while googling the model and "Battery", usually I don't click on ads but within the text of the ad was exactly what I needed: A turnkey Battery changing service that was mobile. They showed up the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes (the trunk that houses the battery wouldn't open, and the mechanic was able to charge the car, then get it open, which seems like a complication but he BREEZED through it) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living. My cars dash lit up light a Christmas tree. Took it in and was given the bad news. After careful review of the work needing to be done, the staff at Accurate fixed the issues and my cars runs perfect. They went over any beyond to accommodate me, and save me a lot of money. Thankful for this location and the staff!

Brought a 85 Mercedes to have a engine redone Have put less than 300 miles on car the car stalled took to Mercedes shop and was told the engine was locked Returned vehicle to the shop for repair and now waiting to see if they will honor the warranty The bill was 7400 so I am concerned. Will provide follow up when the owner Adam addresses this issue.

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

My service visit with David's Auto Collision was great! Muriel and Victor really took care of me, both of them really made my visit pleasant. Muriel and Victor was very polite and professional and displayed great customer service overall and did an outstanding job with repairing the leather on my driver seat and console. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2000 for my Infiniti FX35. Glad I found David's Auto Collision great work and a lot cheaper then the dealer.

Chris did what he said he would do. He came to my car, he was on-time and polite. He told me my options and explained his troubleshooting methodology. We decided to go with just battery cables and new connectors. Could I have done this myself for much cheaper? Most likely. But I don't know a thing about cars and don't have tools, rags, time, energy and all that other stuff that one might need to do that. He even gave me some tips in case my starter were to ever go bad and some signs to listen for to possibly differentiate a bad starter from a loose connection. Will I use him again if my car won't start? For sure. Do I recommend him? Absolutely.
