I returned it because it was still under warranty and they gave me a new one. 2 and 1/2 years later, I have to get yet ANOTHER radiator because this one is CRACKED. This place came recommended by a car dealership because the radiators are cheap, but you get what you pay for. Since I'm only going to have my car for another year, I will go ahead and get one more because I refuse to pay a lot of money for a car that I will be trading in soon. Don't waste your time or money. Their parts are trash.
ZERO expertise in Jaguar! Very low honesty level. I left the car for 3... read more ZERO expertise in Jaguar! Very low honesty level. I left the car for 3 hours and got back a diagnostic even autozone was able to do better. I had a;lready the obd2 reader in the car and knew the codes but I was looking at their expertise to find out more about the issue. They were unable to marginally perform as good as the folks waiting at autozone parking lot to change a bulb. After 3 hours they came back and recommended advanced investigation for 250$ when I asked what they'll do they said they'll check the ignition coils gas quality (???) and catalytic convertor ...all of which can be checked in about 30 minutes give or take. It is a shame that garages like these exist and they also have ratings they deserve nothing and they should pay us to visit them just to have a car in the parking lot! No, I didn't pay a dime as they were not worth one...
