Service met my expectations. I was satisfied with the experience of the service personnel. Leaders, Doni and Jason, were excellent in explaining the pathway they were going to use to get Mercedes E350 repaired. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

All of my issues are ongoing. None of them are ever fixed. I have to continue to bring vehicle back for same issue or for “new” issue that supposedly occurred out of the blue but in truth are by products of tech mistakes.

The work performed was satisfactory, owner/mechanic is obviously knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. Like most auto repair shops, they so often fail to show their cost of parts plus the mark up, which can be significant depending on brand and who the wholesaler is. In most cases auto repair shops will buy after market products instead of OEM, which allows them to mark up the parts a 100 to 150 percent plus labor. This lack of transparency can cost the customer a good deal of money over an above what is considered reasonable. First consult a auto parts store for pricing on parts needed, you'll find that the retail pricing will be less than what your paying the auto repair shop. In most cases auto repair labor charges will exceed the cost of parts by 70 to 300 percent, a wide disparity indeed.

I was a customer for a very long time until You started using predatory practices. I’m out . I noticed other people doing the same thing . It’s a shame .You had such a good rep and well now you just don’t.

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. My truck engine was running rocky, was very happy to find Friendly Fleet Service online. Got it back to running like new with a quick tune up.
