Brake repair service near Roanoke, TX

This company does not deserve any stars. I came for a tire change after a flat. I drive a Jeep so the spare is in the cargo area. They fix my tire for $50 (ridiculous), and I leave unsuspecting of anything. I go to get some things out the back when the weekend comes a couple of days later, and I realize not only are all my brake lights broken but by door handle is broken as well and my door won't open. Someone let my back door slam shut because it does not have a holding hinge arm. I go the shop to confront them, and these guy ridicule me and the owner laughs at me because I am upset about my car. They then leave me outside and close the garage doors in my face. I hope they go out of business. My jeep is older but always very reliable, but I guess this gives them an excuse to disrespect me and my vehicle. I am repulsed, and I promise with the money I save using my jeep will be used to sue them for their negligence.

Went to the one on Main Street in Lewisville. DO NOT GO TO THEM. I got my AC compressor fixed with them in 2014 less than 2 year later it went out again. This company did not thing help me. They were even going to charge me more to get it fixed this time around.

Prior to coming here & working with the General Manager, Dan Frimczak, I paid for an a/c system check with an estimate repair cost that was ridiculous. Dan & his crew, assessed my vehicle, gave me a reasonable estimate to repair, & completed the repair in a timely manner. I now have cold air! Moral of the story: avoid this place as they can't honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they don't honor their scheduled appointments, and they don't honor their own verbal quotes; if they can't charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. I'll never go back to Midas again, and in particular don't trust anything Matt says or does.

Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.
