We responded to BBB and we were found in good-standing ! SHE DID NOT PAY ANY MONEY AND CAN SEE OUT INTO THE SHOP WHAT IS BEING DONE TO HER VEHICLE. WE HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 1994 AND GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO PLEASE OUR CUSTOMERS AND ARE EXTREMELY HONEST.

I chose this shop cause I use to work there when it was under different management (back when the short bald guy ran it) the mechanics then were dedicated to there jobs , and cared about DIAGNOSING OUR CUSTOMERS cars with precision and performed the service like professionals. When my 1989 trans am wss towed in I explained to sid the problems he began to assign his mechanic , guaranteeing it would be completed as I haad to return home to arkansas. The car had sit for three years with a full tank of gas (I just purchased said car) the first thing they said was distributer , then computer , next a short in the wiring and the next day still not finished I flew home .so three weeks later I returned to pick up my vehicle that they replaced the distributer and fuel pump and thats it onlyy now it would start but ran rough ii was frusterated at the whole situation I was forced to have to take vehicle back home the car was missing on four cylinders thats half so me being a mech .I got the car to my dads and began to notice a lot of vacuum hoses off time ran out so I loaded it on a trailer and came home the next day I began to work on it and found it needed a fuse and two injectors . After being CHARGED 1450.00 FOR A DISTRIIBUTER AND FUEL PUMP MY CAR SHOULD OF RAN LIKE IT WAS NEW..SID TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF CAUSE I lIVED OUT OF STATE and it would be hard to get warranty work done !!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHIING IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE SID TOOK IT OVER !!!! TAKE SOME PRIDE IN UR BUISNESS .
I went there tuesday to have a free A/C check they were offering and ... read more I went there tuesday to have a free A/C check they were offering and they told me that since it had freeon and that it wasnt the clutch or compressor cuz they were working. they would have to do an electrical check which takes time so they had to charge me 40 for 30 mins of work and around 90 dollars for an hour. I told them i didnt have money for one hour and didnt want to pay for 30 mins cuz they might not find it within time. So they offer to do it for 46 but that they were out of time and to come back tomorrow. As i was leaving they were closing down and leaving as well. Around four lights away my car completely trun off and wouldnt restart. A cop that came to my aid said that the car had over heated. That night my bf that is a mechanic (which i regret not having the patiance to wait for) check it and said the car didnt have water what so ever. He put two gallons of water and it had no leaks. Which i knew cuz i had just replace it with a brand new one a few weeks ago. he also check the a/c and found that the clutch was infact not working and procceded to find the source which lead him to a broken fuse. he fix it in 30 mins. This people are malicious..they lie about the clutch to try to over charge me and i am still unsure of why they would drain my water and coolant...two possibilities...they were mad cuz i didnt want to spend money or they were inresponsible and neglectful and in a hurry to put back the water in the car which they shoulnt have even touch in the first place. I have reported them to the BBB and news and i am in the process of filing a civil suit.
