BUSINESS OWNER
This is Hi-Tech and responding,again, to this unjustified report. We responded to BBB and we were found in good-standing ! SHE DID NOT PAY ANY MONEY AND CAN SEE OUT INTO THE SHOP WHAT IS BEING DONE TO HER VEHICLE. WE HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 1994 AND GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO PLEASE OUR CUSTOMERS AND ARE EXTREMELY HONEST.

Free A/C check
I went there tuesday to have a free A/C check they were offering and they told me that since it had freeon and that it wasnt the clutch or compressor cuz they were working. they would have to do an electrical check which takes time so they had to charge me 40 for 30 mins of work and around 90 dollars for an hour. I told them i didnt have money for one hour and didnt want to pay for 30 mins cuz they might not find it within time. So they offer to do it for 46 but that they were out of time and to come back tomorrow. As i was leaving they were closing down and leaving as well. Around four lights away my car completely trun off and wouldnt restart. A cop that came to my aid said that the car had over heated. That night my bf that is a mechanic (which i regret not having the patiance to wait for) check it and said the car didnt have water what so ever. He put two gallons of water and it had no leaks. Which i knew cuz i had just replace it with a brand new one a few weeks ago. he also check the a/c and found that the clutch was infact not working and procceded to find the source which lead him to a broken fuse. he fix it in 30 mins. This people are malicious..they lie about the clutch to try to over charge me and i am still unsure of why they would drain my water and coolant...two possibilities...they were mad cuz i didnt want to spend money or they were inresponsible and neglectful and in a hurry to put back the water in the car which they shoulnt have even touch in the first place. I have reported them to the BBB and news and i am in the process of filing a civil suit. Please contact me if you had something similar so we can stop this incredible corrup business form doing this to anyone else again
