Always a pleasant experiene at Bee Creek. Dropped truck off for oil change at 8am and they called around noon that it was ready. I had asked that it be ready by then so I could pick up my daughter from preschool on time.

They put the wrong oil in my tranny burnt it up then Keith refused to give me the owners man hung up on me every time said he was gonna y’all with the owner have them call me that never happend he’s a real pice of shit they had kids doing the work it states he was in the well doing the work witch he never left the office area to check there work I fannaly get him to talk to me with out him hanging up he said since I pulled the tranny there not liable remember now I’m a foot this goes on for 2 weeks I was at the point I hAd to do something to fix my truck he’s a pice of shit im gonna call a attorney

Rafa and crew are absolutely the kindest and hard working group of mechanics I’ve ever come across. They are affordable and honest, and it is so nice to support a superb local business. I have an 03’ and 05’ ML and HCEA has kept them running smoothly for years. Please do yourself a favor and ditch the annoying dealership and check these guys out!!!
