They got my old trucks AC Colder than its ever been before.

My fan broke off into my radiator!! They sent a tow to pick up my vehicle and searched for the entire assembly kit and I had my vehicle in a week! The guys are respectful and courteous. They also have a salvage vehicle lot where you can pick your own used parts, making your repair cost you less! There are also customer vehicles for sale so you can shop for another vehicle! I went to Elite Auto Sounds and told them i needed a new stereo in my car and i wanted one that i could hear with top down in my car he said no problem he could do that and i would be very happy, well when i got the stereo in I took it out and could hardly hear it NOT HAPPY AT ALL i spent around 700$ for this, when I told them about this he said let him see what he could do, His option to me was to spend another 700$ to 1300$ to make it better. Well i guess thats what i get for trusting them and if this is how they work i would tell every one to stay away from this place they are a RIPOFF AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL ONLY WHAT MONEY THEY CAN TAKE YOU FOR.....

We were having transmission issues with our Dodge Intrepid. It was downshifting after about 20 minutes. I could turn the car off, start it right back up and everything was fine. Since we are new to the area, we decided to go to a trusted Chrysler dealership. Blue Bonnet took us right in and we walked out the next day with $938.72 less in our bank account but at least a car that ran, temporarily. Exactly one month and around 800 miles later the car started doing the exact same thing. We called Blue Bonnet and again they took us right in. They called later that day to tell us they were going to have to replace the same part plus refurbish the entire transmission. This time it would cost us $2,200. They were not willing to give us any credit, except for the warrantied part, for the money we had already spent even though their fix this time included the exact same thing they had just done. Based on their assessment we don't really feel they took the time to look at the car and diagnose the true problem either time. Completely ridiculous and they have lost a customer for life. We just moved into the area and will never visit them to buy or fix a car again. They are a Rip Off so please everyone beware. I have never felt more like someone was trying to pull one over on me.
