He was on time, got the job done quick and exceeded my expectations when he found and corrected a few other issues while completing his inspection. On my most recent visit… I had a tricky issue with my new-to-me car, in that it was electrical-in-nature and obscure, but boy did they figure it out. Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!

Glad you take care of my car. One suggestion, If you check the filters before the customer leaves, or just ask the customer at that time, then they can authorize the work, for example, if the air filter is dirty please swap it out. Thanks Marc

My 2007 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet (997) was running rough, misfiring and had an ongoing slow coolant leak. Marlon and his Team not only repaired everything, but did so in a timely and cost-effective manner (for a Porsche). Marlon and his Team have been keeping my older (2007 997 - 128K miles), on the road for more than a decade, however, this visit was different (in a good way). Orion has a new diagnostic system that actually identified all current problems and indicated future repairs or maintenance. I have referred others to Orion Auto Service and will continue to do so. I will never go a Porsche Dealership again, and if you do you are making a bad decision that will cost you money and grief.

I HAD MY TRUCK AT OPEN ROAD FOR LIFTER NOISE. IT WASN'T REAL BAD BUT I WAS CONCERNED. WHEN I GOT MY TRUCK BACK FROM OPEN ROAD THE NOISE WAS MUCH WORSE AND NOW I DONT DRIVE IT AT ALL. WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK FROM OPEN ROAD I NOTICED THAT THE HEATER SWITCH WAS ON AND I TURNED IT TO THE OFF POSITION AND A POPPING NOISE STARTED UNDER THE DASH. IT NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFOR TAKING THE TRUCK TO OPEN ROAD. NOW I AM WITHOUT ANY TRANSPORTATION EXCEPT MY MOTORCYCLE AND IT IS NOW GOING TO COST ME THOUSANDS TO GET MY ENGINE FIXED BUT I SURE WON'T TAKE IT TO OPENROAD. SOMEONE FROM OPEN ROAD CALLED ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINT BUT NEVER SHOWED UP CHECK ON WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK. SOMEHOW I FEEL GLAD THEY DIDNT SHOW UP.
