They got my old trucks AC Colder than its ever been before.

DO not do business with Mida's on Pat Booker and here is why...Def. would not be doing business with them again as I had in the past. I Took my truck in and left it there. I was pretty sure that I had a fouled spark plug. They ran test and called me stating that the plug in cylinder 1 was bad and asked if I wanted them to change it. Told them I had NGk plugs and they would have to replace all of them and asked how much it would be. Was told it would be $79.99 to replace all six which seemed ok since the plugs are $7 a piece and it is not a hard job to do. When I picked the truck up I was told it was $253.07 after arguing I had no choice but to pay to get my truck back. They said sorry for the misunderstanding we could give you a few free oil changes. Explained I do not prepay for oil changes and I just want to be charged what I was quoted. In the end I payed them the$253.07 and now will do my best to make sure no one does business with them or any of the locations owned by this group.

They were to check my vehicle for a coolant leak, and said the car was "in perfect shape, couldn't find a thing wrong." The next morning, i opened the hood found the leak coming from under the cap, squirting through the grill. Apparently, they didn't even bother to turn the engine on to build enough pressure to see it.

Mr Bill is such an honest person. He explained clearly what was wrong with my car and took care of it. I am extemely grateful I found him. Will definitely continue to go to him and recommend him!!

They replaced the timing chain in my Nissan Altima. They broke the chain oiler in the process. Completely destroyed the engine. Claimed it was somehow my fault. 2 months later, they finally replaced the engine with a used engine I had to pay for. Stay far away from these people. They also upcharge the parts they provide by a factor of 3.

David was awesome. He is a natural teacher; took me through his thought process, showed me the diagnostic codes and actual showed me under the hood and under my vehicle. Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

These guys did a fantastic job today on my car. I had a very irritating noise coming from somewhere in my suspension. I had replaced a few parts on my own, but was becoming increasingly frustrated. I shopped several transmission repair shops and got many stories and prices without any of them really looking at my transmissions. Option Transmissions did a scan of the car with the snap-on modus scanner then they told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.
