18 year old daughter takes her car in for an oil change and tire rotation. $20 emergency money in the glove box is gone. They needed to go in the glove box to get the locking lug nut keys. Called asked for a manager guy who answered the phone (Alex) says he remembers the car and my daughter. Stated it was hard for him to believe (but he was not calling me a liar) but he know of many cars with $$ lying around and it has never been taken. Said he would address this with staff. Beware don't leave valuables in the car!!!!!

The atmosphere here was very relaxed, I did not feel pressured like other shops try to, just because you are a female. I felt as though they gave me a fair price and had me out in less than two hours for my front brakes. I will be back when I need other services on my lexus.
