Acura service near Sugar Land, TX

My cars dash lit up light a Christmas tree. Took it in and was given the bad news. After careful review of the work needing to be done, the staff at Accurate fixed the issues and my cars runs perfect. They went over any beyond to accommodate me, and save me a lot of money. Thankful for this location and the staff!

I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years and have seen the changes that have taken place with the staff and management. Recently, I took my husband's 2010 Chevy Silverado in to get a rebuilt engine and had to bring in my 2012 Chevy Malibu at the same time for a new engine, this was completely unexpected and frustrating, yet Thomas ( manager) made our experience well worth our time and money. Thomas went above and beyond for us. He is/ was honest, straightforward, dedicated to making us happy, and you know he loves what he does for a living. Cars are his passion and for that our family is grateful to have him as our mechanic. Thank you, Thomas for everything! Teresa Neal

Service was completed, but 10 months later service lights were on again. I am having trouble right now with having the owner to make the necessary repairs to ensure the work is completed? I have been given the run around and still I have no vehicle. My trust in the facility as a single female has been shattered. I was hoping that I could trust a repair shop (individuals) to do what is right! I paid a fair price and I hoped for a completed repair. It saddens me to think that as a single female I have to make sure that I have a man with me to ensure that I will be treated with dignity and respect and pay for a service and receive what paid for!

Customer service was great, went the extra mile to help me out, friendly, and accommodating! Highly recommend to everyone!

I am very satisfied with the work by A+ Transmission Specialists. Being a disable veteran, I Strongly advice anyone needing not only transmission work but any type auto mobile service to feel confident that you will see quality work. I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.
