As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

The paint department's estimates are worthless-on the courthouse steps the term is "bait 'n switch. It didn't work on me. Got the "...you cant find it cheaper anywhere" price at the very next body shop for the identical work priced with the same photographs at 2/3s their price. Lesson learned.

These guys might be able to fix a flat tire, but thats about it. I had my clutch replaced here because they were about $200 cheaper so i went with it. When i got my car back my steering wheel was stuck 90 degrees to the left and there was a huge dent in my hood. Why they called and said my car was ready i have no idea. Of course they couldnt fix it right then so i had to bring it back. the next weekend they fixed that but kept telling me to come back the next weekend to take care of the dent. After 2 months they finally got to it by sending it to another body shop. When i got the call to come get it, they made me drive my car, at their shop, to the body shop without the hood. I was in absolute disbelief. Even one of the employees there told me that wasnt right. They have lost a customer here and hopefully my misfortune to save a few bucks will save someone else the pain ive gone through. Liked: Disliked:

This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.
