I had a misfire on one cylinder and they gave me a false diagnosis of a failed open injector - $273 to replace. It seemed like a reasonable diagnosis at the time and since I was about 300 miles from home I authorized the work. A few hours later I picked up my truck; the misfire was fixed so I paid the bill. When I got home I immediately noticed that they replaced the ignition coil (a job that should have cost under $100) but never touched the injector. The business owner adamantly insisted they replaced the injector but it was obvious to me that they did not, and an independent Nissan dealer also confirmed in writing that the injector had not been replaced. I eventually got my money refunded by filing a dispute with my credit card company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE for vehicle service. There are plenty of honest shops out there, but this is certainly not one of them.

Contacted BMW dealership in Arlington to identify if service advisor could set up appointment. BMW Service advisor was cold and lacked empathy to my situation. I contacted DFW Bimmer and explained what had happened and Jesse communicated that he would be happy to fit me in and check out my X5. I located his facility and he had me park my vehicle in one of the bays. First time there and I was impressed with how clean he maintains his bays. Also impressed with his professionalism. He walked me through the service. Explained the error, validated that the coolant was low and even checked to verify that no leaks were visible. He also performed a vacuum seal test to verify that hidden leaks were not present. His staff was pleasant and professional. You could tell that Jesse takes pride in what he does and his customer service was excellent. He understands how to earn repeat business. I will recommend his facility to friends and acquaintances that live in the area and require quality service in the DFW area. I am also happy to provide a reference on his behalf to future customers. I drove from Westlake, TX and it only took me 20 minutes to get there (with no traffic). Thank you Jesse and staff for taking care of my X5. Avie DeSwardt
