Oil change service near Walburg, TX

I bought a car from the BMW Specialist who worked there Josh Krustchinsky, the car had some major issue and it was denied by all. White smoke was present off and on and clanking noise on a right turn and died and won't start of the day I picked the car up. This was over several months and discussion to have the car evaluated for safety and future expensive on a current purchase of this used care to determine if the car should be return for refund. I was told the car did have the issues of white smoke months later and the noise both were address at no cost to me and was fine. If these issue were present and sell of vehicle than these expenses and issues would have not lead me to purchase the car. We went to court over the issue and it was stated the car was in good working condition and not any problems. I lost my case and had to buy another battery and alternator for this fine running car. After an evaluation at BMW Austin Idetail for sell report stated the internal oil leak would require taking the engine apart to fix and the clanking was a sway bar hydraulic leak in the front and rear. So the adjusting of coils that donot exist on this car and the engine being a major repair. It is impossible to state the car is in good driving condition. Than you also told the customer to feel safe in the car and repairs or complete no problems and all fabricated to move. I am sorry but after this nightmare and the lack of integrity to tell the truth to me and in court. I wouldn't have my car service there or conduct any other business. I have a car I can't drive and out of several thousands of dollars in this deal. The star is for the Brandon who wasn't afraid to tell the truth about the car and not cover up the white smoke and engine problem denied by all. two thumbs way up for his courtesy and professional attitude. Saved me Hundreds on my Rod. Diagnosed problems from another "professional". Let me know of things I could fix on my own to save me money. Never had issues with any of the employees, made me feel like a friend. Oscar at the Car shop has taken care of my 32 Ford Model B, and my 67 Mustang coupe. I have not had any problems with their work. Not the cheapest guys out there but they have a combined knowledge that is worth the extra dime. Fabrication, ASE mechanics, Dyno work. I will use these guys again! Even have coupons on occasion on their website.

DO NOT GO TO H&H OIL & LUBE HERE!!! BEWARE!!!!! It is not H&H anymore, its under a new owner and he does not know what he is doing. Last Thursday Feb.28,2013, I went for an oil change. After he was done my car was acting funny then it started smoking really bad. I went right back to him and asked him what did he do. My car is new and had 4800 miles on it. He said all he did was an oil change and that this wasn't his fault. I was going to a funeral and he told me to go ahead to the funeral and that he called the owner and the owner was on his way. Well, I came back at 3:20p.m. the shop was closed and my car was on the driveway unlocked with the key in it. I opened the door and started crying. He had oil all over the floor and on my steering wheel and door. I had to have my car to towed to Nissan and they were shocked to say the least!!! He "OVER FILLED" the oil and didn't change the oil filter. Nissan charges $26.99 for an oil change and this BOZO had the gall to change me $32.00. And by the way...he was the owner!!!! PLEASE BEWARE! I had to pick a rating so that is why it shows one star...I give him -100 stars!!!

I am not one to write reviews, however, I do often read them before visiting a new place. Let me preface this by saying when Daddy passed in 2019, I returned to help my elderly Mom in Killeen. I had to start asking around if anyone could recommend a good and “ honest” mechanic. Longer story short, I had met a mechanic I trusted, then he left his former employer and went to work here and spoke highly of them. I decided to take in my 2012 Nissan Murano (can’t remember now the reason), but they did a great job. In 2021, I took Mom’s 2005 Toyota Camry in — AC quit working. The repair job done and very competitive pricing. Last week (March 2023) I met the owner Richard. I went in with a power steering issue on a 2007 Ford 150 and once again, it’s fixed!! The turn around time I’m sure depends on the particular issue, but our turn around time has been approximately 2 days for our vehicles. I have had many experiences with mechanics and some have had very poor work ethics and customer service interpersonal skills. So as along as Richard, the newest owner of C & M, and his fellow mechanics, take pride in a gift God has blessed them with by having a skill as important as theirs, then I plan to continue going there and referring others to them.

BAD BUSINESS/ RUDE OWNER!! I'm a female so I don' t know much about cars but when I went to this place and got a used tire I pointed out that the tire had small cracks . The owner and his assistant looked at the tire an said it was ok so I left. A week later while driving on the highway the tread came from around the tire and damaged the fender, the underside of the bumper, tore out the windshield wiper pump and bent the windshield fluid container. I took my car to them the next day bc my insurance company concluded that he sold me a defective dry rotted tire but the first thing the owner said was that's not my tire and I didn't sell it to u .. he also said that there's no warranty on used tires. Duh! But the used tire still should not be defective. (By the way... the sign outside his building says warranty on ALL services)He denied everything even ... t know much about cars but when I went to this place and got a used tire I pointed out that the tire had small cracks . i found this dealership to be very accomidating,they did the work in a timely maner and hand washed my car..i will go back there for my service deepdiveblue

I have been taking my car to Abee's Hi-Tech for many years. He is an honest mechanic and he knows what he is doing. He has taken good care of me and my Mercedes and I would not go anywhere else. Price is fair and he works fast.

Finally, I have found a mechanic that does a good job AND that I feel I can trust! Not only do they have the best price I have found in the Austin area for a synthetic oil change, but they went through the list of what my car manufacturer recommended for my service and then let me know what actually should be done and what is just extra money. They gave me a great price and an in depth explanation as to what they did, what I need to watch for, what oil I should use when doing oil changes and most importantly didn't treat me like a dumb blonde (which admittedly when it comes to cars, I am) I will be back and I recommended everyone in the CP/Leander area - especially those with import/European cars to do the same!

It is WORTH every penny. They come out and don't jerk you around. They arrived AND repaired my vehicle within 45 minutes of my call. When you consider the cost of a tow truck, you actually come out ahead, and since they come to where you are, it barely puts a hitch in your day. Tommy was wonderful!

I have owned a German car since age sixteen and know the problems and maintenance that comes along with them. Ever since I moved to Austin for college this has been my go to place for any car problems. Their rates are very reasonable and yes to do provide FREE loaner cars. I highly recommend this place to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle. Clay the GM is very helpful and upfront with what your vehicle needs and what can be held off. Thanks again German Auto Center

Chad came to my office and replaced the water pump on my suburban and cleaned up my foggy headlights. He didn't even charge for the headlight cleaning and i didn't have to schedule a ride with a co-worked because he did it here at work!

Went for a Lube Oil and Filter Change they promised to do the job for a set fee. The bill came and it was $14.00 more than quoted. Checked the vehicle and they did not lube the front end. When questioned about the lack of service they stated oh the lube gun is broken and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I would never go back and reccomend that you don't either. Very poor service the counter person could care less about customer care. Pitiful.
