Thanksgiving Day the timing belt broke on my son's car while he was travelling. The main tow truck company refused to send anyone out to help him despite it being almost freezing outside and my son was stranded. No cops anywhere to be found. Called these guys and they were ready to help. I just had to get the car to them, when happened the following day. Rick answered the call and was more than ready to help. He was friendly and exactly what I expected when I think of small towns in Texas. The following day the owner, Mike, called and we talked about the situation. He was more than understanding and exceedingly helpful. I will remember this kindness as we pass through Navasota and will post reviews everywhere I can. This shop ROCKS!

I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the level of work, craftsmanship, and customer service I received here. I'll be suggesting Back 2 Right to everyone I know. Scott K.

We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.

This place is a rip off. My friend got his car inspected there over two weeks ago and it failed b/c of the 02 sensor light. He then fixed it and b/c it was over 2 weeks they charged him again. It failed after he got it fixed. Then they charged him again and said it needed to travel 108 miles before they bring it back. The lady at the front desk was very rude and downright mean whenever he questioned their practices. I will never go there or tell anyone to take their car there.

Willard is a crook and a liar. I spent $6,000 on a motor that lasted 5 minutes. That's it, threw a rod after 5 minutes. Took it back to him because his son said We'll take care of it. Now he wants $2,850. or I cant have the motor back. I spent thousand more to put the motor in and have it pulled back out. I am going to sue him. Stay away from this crook. Benton Wayne Hopson
