This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

Went in for a M/T fluid change and they did a great job. My car felt like it was shifting better as soon as a left the parking lot. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi and coffee so hanging out for a little bit was pretty relaxing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This shop is small, but they were very professional. I was told from the dealer i had several oil leaks and it would cost 2,300 dollars to fix my BMW. I heard about hi tech from a friend and they took care of me. They offered to clean off the oil first, and run the engine to verify if i had more than one leak. I didn't! It turns out i had one leak and they fixed it for less than half that. They were honest and up front about everything they told me. There are alot of rip off shops out there. My experience started plesant. They picked up the vehicle and repaired it in an orderly fashion but quoted one price on friday and Monday quote 500.00 more. said that they had to do something extra. I was trying to give another mechanic a try but I will stick to my regular. He is slower but his price is always the same.

11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.

I went at the location on westheimer rd near woodland park dr. In Houston tx 77077 The worst breack job I ve ever experienced in my last 3 cars theses people don't know what the hell they doing I had a pads replaced and rotter cut. after I came back for the reoccurance of the noice that idiot bold guy there told me I need flushing also called bleeding which I did and still have the noice I spent a lot of time and money at that crapy place called just breaks, When I took the car to my mechanic he inform that these idiots use the cheapest bracke pads that u can ever get and the bleeding was not necessary What a rape off ! Just breaks should change their name to. Just idiots !!!

Scammers! They are cutting corners and you don t know it! He quoted me a price to fix my catalytic converter. When the car was ready he claimed the O2 sensor was also bad and replaced it without calling first! (I still don t believe him because there is a different code for failing O2 sensors. He was just trying to get more money off me.) That added almosts another $200! He said he would do an oil change for free, but he put regular oil in it instead of the synthetic that I always use. I told them not to do anything else to my car. I took it to another place immediately to change the oil AGAIN. They told me the work had not been done properly and that they didn t replace the oil filter when they replaced the oil...that I need to take the car somewhere else to have the work cleaned up. (incorrect bolts and seals) Don t use these people if you want to actually get the work you are paying for!!!

Horrible Service. These boys don't know what there doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. They took my money but did not provide the service stated on the invoice. Had to get new brakes and rotors within 3 months of them putting new brakes and Rotors on, really really!!! Better Business Bureau gives this Meineke location an "F" rating . Sad but true they are not to be trusted. This business is not BBB accredited.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO GET A WINDOW REPLACED HERE... They did a horrible job to my girlfriend's windshield and now she has a destroyed, mildew smelling carpet under her front seat. THEY THEY DID A QUICK JOB AND WERE CARELESS and now we have to pay the price for their poor standard of service. Rose, the front secretary, was quick to point out that they have a liability clause on their wall which states that THEY AREN'T LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THEY DO TO A CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE. I've never seen such poor customer service and I've never been dealt this way by a mechanic before. Do yourself a favor... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I just got back from buy two "very expensive" (per the employee helping me) batteries for my truck. Not only was the service slow - like ridiculously slow, but this employee continued to make comments about how expensive my vehicle was to operate and at one point was telling another customer how much my new tires would cost. Then for whatever reason they decide to give me a complentary wheel alignment test and as they guy is pulling my truck out he hits a piece of equipment with my side mirror. Thankfully there was no damage and I never did get my complementary test. Get your Die Hards at another location.
