Brake repair service near Webster, TX

Had a starter fail last day of a conference in Galveston. Needed a quick repair as I was scheduled to leave Galveston that day. Called to make an appt. & they got me in right away. Service was prompt and have no issues with the repair. Repair was more expensive than I had estimated, but typically, parts/ labour are more expensive on the island... Overall, if I had another issue, while in Galveston, I would go there again.

The owner or mechanic that I spoke with was very rude. I was quoted a price accidently and when I called to find out what happened and explained how much of an inconvenience I was told that they don't have to apologize for nothing. I explained in customer service if you admit you make a mistake at least an apology is warranted.

This place is horrible! Do not use them. They didnt even change out the right hose that was suppose to be changed out and when I went back in because my car was making the same noise they said the hose they changed needed to be changed and there was nothing wrong with the noise my car was making, which turns out to be very wrong not only is it wrong it could damage my car if I continue to drive it that way. Long story short they didnt even try to right the wrong......
