My 1997 Audi A4 1.8T was experiencing some engine power-loss issues that proved quite difficult to troubleshoot. As an Audi enthusiast, I felt that my passion for my vehicle was shared by the entire team at Integrity First Automotive, and I knew that my time and money would not be wasted heading down dead-end roads in the repair process. Most repair shops are typically aesthetically 'unappealing', but Integrity's shop was, well, aesthetically 'appealing'. Furthermore, the loaner vehicle that I was able to use while my vehicle was in the shop was a huge benefit. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasn't enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.

I have a Dodge RAM Promaster with a load that was being delivered to Spanish Fork. My driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky. I called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Then I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs. After some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts. Long story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days! I highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle. There is so much more to this story; all I'm going to say is that if I were living in Spanish Fork, this would be my go to repair shop.

these people charged me $300 to fix my A/C. when they were done, i didn't have heat, but had A/C. i took it in AGAIN, and i didn't have either when they were done! i finally took it in again, and they acted like i was trying to scam them or something when my car clearly blasted cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer straight up from outside. then after that, they tried convincing me that i had to pay them another $600 for "the next step in the process." ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? ridiculous. i took it in to another shop and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and charged me $100. never, ever going to this shop. don't recommend it. these people are trying to scam you out of your money.

Amazing, honest and incredible work! I went in for a brake inspection and an oil change and upon completion they told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, what it would cost to fix it, what the warranty would be and how long it would take. Having no coupons in hand I was planning on paying the full price for the services. Keith stepped in and told me that he would give me the coupon price for the services rendered and took care of the inspection charge cutting my bill by 3/4! On my most recent visit Mike Palmer Automotive identified my problem (a loose belt) and fixed it for me in a timely manner at no charge. I have been going to Mike Palmer Automotive for years and I have been very satisfied with them. Mike, Vanessa and all of the mechanics have been great at explaining what is wrong without making you feel stupid. They let you know which repairs need to be done and which repairs can wait. They fix your car in a timely manner at a fair price. They even let you use a loaner car for free while yours is in the shop (all you have to do is pay for the gas you use.) I would highly recommend them to anyone!
