Oil change service near Bountiful, UT

I recently went to Accuracy Auto to look at a Honda Pilot they had for sale, in the office while waiting for the salesman, I asked a customer who was there waiting if she had good experiences here and she enthusiastically said that she brought all her work to them and felt well taken care of. I decided to buy the Pilot and literally the next day, after signing all the "as is" paperwork, it's check engine light came on and the starter started acting up. Naturally, I called them, hoping they would help but half expecting them to throw some kind of band-aid on the problems to put me off. But they took good care of me thoroughly fixing the intake problem which was causing it to throw a code, they also replaced the starter with a used one. While I would have loved to have gotten a new starter, getting it replaced with one that worked felt fair. My general impression was that they genuinely want to do the right thing, I think they know what they're doing, take pride in their quality of work and overall integrity. I would comfortably buy another car from them and if I lived closer I'd use them for their repair and maintenance services.

I took my 1988 Ford bronco in to have an alignment done and some front end repair done The only reason I took my bronco there was because another shop quoted me $1000 for the repair and alignment. A friend suggested I go and get a second opinion. Apparently the first shop only wanted to replace everything, including stuff that wasn’t necessary. After BT looked at my bronco they showed me what really needed to be fixed. When I asked about the stuff The other shop wanted to fix the staff at Bt showed me why it wasn’t realy needed. In the end I saved about $400 and my bronco drives straight as an arrow with no more issues.

took my car into One Stop for an inspection that I thought was needed. They gave me a emissions test that I did not need. Charged me $55.00. Was very surprised...I stated, did not need emissions only an inspection after they told me I owed $55.00. They stated that vehicles 4 years or older are now required for emissions every year. I debated with them and they looked at there required chart and continued to state I needed an emissions. I took there word on it and paid. Came home looked it up on Utah Division web site to find out they are thiefs running a business. They also advertise $30 oil change. I asked how much for an oil change they said it would be $41. need I say more? cant imagine what would happen if they actually worked on a vehicle. Stay away...they are desperate to pull of such an act and will soon be out of business.

This guy is a joke he completely screwed my truck up cut my alarm system up and out of my truck messed my brake lights up now I can't even drive it I had to trailer it home from Clinton to Tooele he told me when I asked after he had my truck for 2 months to com tow it and get it out of my life the only thing he did in two months was screw my truck up and put a starter and battery in it what a joke not only that he charged 2600 for a jaguar you can't even use what he supposedly fixed. My 1997 Audi A4 1.8T was experiencing some engine power-loss issues that proved quite difficult to troubleshoot. As an Audi enthusiast, I felt that my passion for my vehicle was shared by the entire team at Integrity First Automotive, and I knew that my time and money would not be wasted heading down dead-end roads in the repair process. Most repair shops are typically aesthetically 'unappealing', but Integrity's shop was, well, aesthetically 'appealing'. Furthermore, the loaner vehicle that I was able to use while my vehicle was in the shop was a huge benefit. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasn't enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.

The shop did some prior work for me in July and I spent $5749.62 and told my truck would run like a new truck. I received a FIXED FOREVER parts and labor Warranty. Now the first part of September my service engine light comes on so I take it back to Steve's to have it checked out. They stated they would run a test after they pulled the codes. Call back and just the gas cap, no big deal, until I went to get my truck and they wanted over $200.00 for the gas cap. They told me that I was informed on the phone about the cost and I stated why would I be so upset if I agreed to that much for a gas cap. He stated he would check the call and I said go ahead and you will find you never told me about the extra charges just to put on a new gas cap. Both Kathy and I have had our vehicles worked on here before and they seem honest in the beginning but watch out after that. I don't like being lied to and I surely would not pay $200.00 for a gas cap. Once confronted they only charged me for a $26.00 gas cap, still expensive and did not honor my Car Care Club discount that cost me $99.95. Don't be afraid to stand up for what is right even if they get mad and pout like a child who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

Mario was so helpful when my car broke down in Ogden while my son was driving. I really appreciated his recommendation of a very reliable and honest towing company. He didn't charge me a thing for checking it out. I determined that the repair would be more than the car was worth. He allowed me to leave the car there for another day while I contacted a scrapping company to haul it away. I appreciated how helpful he was I took care of the problem at a distance. It is always scary to have a break down away from home -- so I especially appreciate how well I was treated while taking care of this crisis. I also appreciate MechanicAdvisor for helping me find their shop.

I found Aatopia on a google search for auto body shops in Logan. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was rear ended and they walked me through the process of how to work with insurance and gave me really good advice on how to work with the guy who rear ended me. It ended up that the rear-ended worked with Aatopia directly and I didn’t have to be an intermediary which was ideal. I also had some auto body work (dented tail gate, cracked brake light). I got quotes from a few other places for those issues and Aatopia had competitive pricing. They took the time to clearly show me what they were going to do. We looked at other dents and they quoted me a price, but told me that they if it was their car they probably wouldn’t make those expensive and unnecessary repairs. They also found a crack in my windshield and worked with my insurance so that I only had to pay $50 to replace it! THE BEST PART: I live in Logan but was going out of town so I dropped my car off at the Ogden location and they drove me to the front runner station! Then while I was gone they shuttled it back to Logan for me (for free)! When I got back to Logan they picked me up. I am thrilled with this level of customer care. I will be back!!
