I moved from Utah a year ago. I really miss being able to get service on my vehicles at Sterling’s. Sterling has been my friend for quite a few years. Sterling and his staff are great to work with. I would have to have my wife take the vehicle in since I work during open hours. They never treated her like she didn't know anything nor did they ever try to sale her on something that wasn't needed. They have always done a good job on my vehicles.

I will first start by saying I have been going here for a few years. I went into the shop to do a simple winter, summer tire swap. I waited for them to call me with no call. After 2 hours I decided to just go over there because I get people get busy. I arrived my SS Chevy Camaro was up front. I noticed my driver side window was open all the way. I walked I. And after 5 min they asked how they could help me. I stated I'm here to pick up my car and have last name. With knowing a lot about how criminal think I asked them why my window was open. The gentleman stated because we have locked keys in the car so we just leave the window rolled down. Blew my mind. Then he stated well your tire sensors light is on as well. I asked why didn't you call me I would have had you fix it. He said well it's 60 dollars. At this point I'm done with this place. I know a lot of people in this community. I will tell everyone I can about this event. He was not helpful he got defensive when I stated I didn't appreciate my window being down so that someone can reach in and take something. also to add I came back to get my winter tires. He stated they will be on the east side of the building. They will help you load them. Well again another reason why I won't go there again. There were 3 guys standing and watched me load those tires without asking if they could help.

There are so many reasons to visit Sterling Quality Point S, but really they all boil down to integrity. More times than I can count, the whole team has gone out of their way to take care of us. From simple repairs to complex, Sterling and Chip have always been completely straight forward about what needs to get done and the best way to do it. So many other shops and service centers (ahem, dealerships) give auto service a bad name by using cheap tactics to squeeze an extra dollar. Having been a customer of Sterlings for over a decade, this has never happened. Never once. Which means when they tell me something needs to be done, it really does. On the other hand, they've always been great about telling me what work could wait, or providing helpful guidance on work I want to do myself. Never risking the safety of myself or my family. Finally, they have always gone above and beyond to meet (or frequently beat) promised delivery times. You can save time and probably a good deal of money by trusting Sterling and his team when it comes to almost anything automotive. Ask anyone in Clinton, you're likely to hear something similar. Which is why they've been in business so long.
