While I was there Newsmax was playing in the waiting room. I will not patronize a company who believes in lies that threaten our democracy and I will not return. Makes me sad because it's a great company. Cancel culture? Call it what you will but I decide where I spend my money.

Even though this is a Truck and Trailer Repair Company, Justin will take on even the smallest of requests. We have taken him several parts from a bike cart (made with different types of metal) over the years and he welds them and has rebuilt them so that they can better fit our needs. He understands exactly what my needs are without even having the bike cart there to show him. And he is fast. He usually has my things done by the next day. The quality of his work is excellent. On October 26th I came in to pick up a project and coincidentally needed a leg of of a late 1800's wood burning stove welded. It had broken in half. Justin welded it for me in about 5 minutes. And he did it without ruining the design that had been carved into it when it was made over 100 years ago. Justin is very pleasant and professional too. I highly recommend him.

They replaced the timing belt and water pump on my lexus. They were fast, clean and courtious. I couldnt ask for more.

As a women I feel intimidated when I have to have anything done on my car because I do not know anything about it. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of Dennis and Russ. They made me feel in control of the repair, showed me the part that was leaking and explained what it did. They did not talk down to me as a women and asked me if I had any other questions they could answer. I loved that they took me home since the car had to cool down before they could do the repair and the total bill was less then they had quoted. I have found a great new shop and will be telling all my friends about them. What a great family business. I got there just as they were doing some painting inside and they apologized for the stacks of equipment and parts outside while they finished painting during the night. I am a very unhappy customer. Not trustworthy will not bring my car back to Clarks. I Brought my car in for a thumping noise in the rear and was told that the mechanic improvised a fix on the spare tire carrier. I took it for a test ride and the thumping noise was still there. I was told by the service writer to bring it in to a Mitsubishi dealer. Clarks service writer was going to charge me $60.00 for repair that was not done. I did bring it to Salt Lake MITSUBISHI and the service department had a quick fix,left rear wheel was loose and about to fall off.Clarks service lost a customer....

I found Aatopia on a google search for auto body shops in Logan. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was rear ended and they walked me through the process of how to work with insurance and gave me really good advice on how to work with the guy who rear ended me. It ended up that the rear-ended worked with Aatopia directly and I didn’t have to be an intermediary which was ideal. I also had some auto body work (dented tail gate, cracked brake light). I got quotes from a few other places for those issues and Aatopia had competitive pricing. They took the time to clearly show me what they were going to do. We looked at other dents and they quoted me a price, but told me that they if it was their car they probably wouldn’t make those expensive and unnecessary repairs. They also found a crack in my windshield and worked with my insurance so that I only had to pay $50 to replace it! THE BEST PART: I live in Logan but was going out of town so I dropped my car off at the Ogden location and they drove me to the front runner station! Then while I was gone they shuttled it back to Logan for me (for free)! When I got back to Logan they picked me up. I am thrilled with this level of customer care. I will be back!!
