These guys are pretty good, they showed me why I needed what they recommended. They showed me all the services they provided and then left the decision up to me. Not high pressure... Give this store a chance! The manager Ryan was great, and gave me his full attention, explaining things the way I can understand them. This store is definitely woman friendly.

Hey everyone plz let ur friend's and family know to never use this automotive service, it's the worst company out there plz like and share so ur friend's and family do not get ripped off or get poor work for high prices and end up getting another shop to fix his work plz and thanks everyone ;)

Best Mechanics in this Salt Lake Valley

The shop did some prior work for me in July and I spent $5749.62 and told my truck would run like a new truck. I received a FIXED FOREVER parts and labor Warranty. Now the first part of September my service engine light comes on so I take it back to Steve's to have it checked out. They stated they would run a test after they pulled the codes. Call back and just the gas cap, no big deal, until I went to get my truck and they wanted over $200.00 for the gas cap. They told me that I was informed on the phone about the cost and I stated why would I be so upset if I agreed to that much for a gas cap. He stated he would check the call and I said go ahead and you will find you never told me about the extra charges just to put on a new gas cap. Both Kathy and I have had our vehicles worked on here before and they seem honest in the beginning but watch out after that. I don't like being lied to and I surely would not pay $200.00 for a gas cap. Once confronted they only charged me for a $26.00 gas cap, still expensive and did not honor my Car Care Club discount that cost me $99.95. Don't be afraid to stand up for what is right even if they get mad and pout like a child who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
