My 1997 Audi A4 1.8T was experiencing some engine power-loss issues that proved quite difficult to troubleshoot. As an Audi enthusiast, I felt that my passion for my vehicle was shared by the entire team at Integrity First Automotive, and I knew that my time and money would not be wasted heading down dead-end roads in the repair process. Most repair shops are typically aesthetically 'unappealing', but Integrity's shop was, well, aesthetically 'appealing'. Furthermore, the loaner vehicle that I was able to use while my vehicle was in the shop was a huge benefit. And if the great customer service and quality workmanship wasn't enough, I received a hand-written thank you note a few days later in the mail. Just when I thought things were great, they got better. When I find a company that under-promises and then over-delivers, I take note.

You guys were amazing. The starter died on my 2001 Arero. I also had known that my manifold gasket had a leak and that is why coolant had been leaking for awhile, but I never had the time or money to take it in. The Saturday I brought the Alero in to fix the starter, Troy pointed out the gasket leak and had a quote for me before I even asked.

The shop did some prior work for me in July and I spent $5749.62 and told my truck would run like a new truck. I received a FIXED FOREVER parts and labor Warranty. Now the first part of September my service engine light comes on so I take it back to Steve's to have it checked out. They stated they would run a test after they pulled the codes. Call back and just the gas cap, no big deal, until I went to get my truck and they wanted over $200.00 for the gas cap. They told me that I was informed on the phone about the cost and I stated why would I be so upset if I agreed to that much for a gas cap. He stated he would check the call and I said go ahead and you will find you never told me about the extra charges just to put on a new gas cap. Both Kathy and I have had our vehicles worked on here before and they seem honest in the beginning but watch out after that. I don't like being lied to and I surely would not pay $200.00 for a gas cap. Once confronted they only charged me for a $26.00 gas cap, still expensive and did not honor my Car Care Club discount that cost me $99.95. Don't be afraid to stand up for what is right even if they get mad and pout like a child who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.

They replaced the timing belt and water pump on my lexus. They were fast, clean and courtious. I couldnt ask for more.
