Ind. Import has serviced our car many times (preventative and correction). If you have a German-built car these guys are your experts. They stand by their work, too. There was an instance where Thayne (the owner) took our car back in and reworked a complicated, previous job free of charge, which otherwise would have been hundreds of dollars in labor. Lower prices than the dealership and better quality work. The staff is incredibly friendly - Matt, the service manager, is particularly awesome. Sad to be leaving the area but if I can come back I will. They've made us loyal customers and we'll recommend them to everyone we know.

Car was not running smooth and check engine light came on. The tech diagnosed the issue and got my car back on the road feeling new again. Was not as costly as I thought it would be. Great experience!

Sean came to replace a fuel Pump (that we provided). He gave me a quote of $330 and 3hr job. After a couple hrs. he came to me and said he couldn't get the ring off even after buying a specialty part. He then told me he had to buy a new ring. Two weeks later he came back and after I think another 3 hrs. he charged me $169. He then said you have an exhaust leak to which I said I know. Then he said "It would've been nice to know it had a full tank of gas". Does he think since he was here the first time I went and filled it? A few days later we took to get the exhaust leak when they put it up on the rack they said "did someone work on this recently?" They showed me he didn't bolt on on of the tank straps, left 2 hoses unconnected and the ring was all buggered up and had a hole gas was leaking out. So it was clear to me he put on the old ring. When I called him he said "we can cover it under warranty and said " I put it on hand tight and I have video of it." I said I was under the van and had pictures which I sent him. He set an appt for Dec 23 haven't seen or heard him since. He seems like nice guy but I would never trust him to touch my cars ever again.

I have a Dodge RAM Promaster with a load that was being delivered to Spanish Fork. My driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky. I called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Then I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs. After some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts. Long story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days! I highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle. There is so much more to this story; all I'm going to say is that if I were living in Spanish Fork, this would be my go to repair shop.
