I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. Good local shop...I like supporting local shops. I don't want to pay for donuts and fancy wait rooms. These guys are honest and hardworking....they are friendly and most important inexpensive. I would highly recommend.

I wanted to wait to see how the repairs I received here worked out. Good news! My car is still running great. My car broke down nearby this place and I limped in to their parking lot and left the key in the drop box. They have a website that shows that they accept overnight and weekend vehicles, which was a reason why I dropped my car off there. I lucked out, because these guys did a great job. They were very clear about what was wrong when they called me, and they gave me good advice about the timing belt being changed. It's been a few long driving trips and my car is still running well and not overheating. They did a great job and if I lived closer to them, I'd take my car there again. John Kennedy

I just want to tell anyone that is planning to go there to buy a car..my advice to you DON'T DON'T DON'T.. it will be the biggest mistake you do in your life. The sales people are very pushy and they will give you a very rude behavior once you say give me a minute to think. And also asking any question is a big NO, they want to sell the car that's all, I went today for an oil change and I told them about a noise I hear from day one and the customer service MANAGER DOUG started yelling telling me how hard his life with dealing with customers and just walked away after that creating a big scene. I will never go there again and we will never ever recommend this place for anyone.

This shop is awful! They did not communicate with me, took 2 weeks longer than they promised and provide poor quality work. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your car to this shop.

I have a big jeep and big tires, could find a place around that wasnt' going to charge me hundreds of dollars just to change the valve stems. I got referred to weber tire by a friend and I'm so glad they did. They charge me a quarter the of the price any where else did and they got it done fast! I planned on it being there for a bit so I had my wife pick me up to go to lowes. They were already working on it before I left and by the time I was a lowes, 5 minutes later they called me and said it was done and even cheaper than they quoted me. I'll definitely be returning to these guys!

My car got engine light P0758 code and I went to Hi-Tech to get estimate for repair. After wait for 45 minutes, they showed me a transmission oil pan with bunch mash iron. They told me my car need a re-build transmission for $2900 in order to keep running. I wait for a week and found another car shop to fix my car and they replaced a shift solenoid valve No1. No.2 for $600 dollars. When the mechanic changed my solenoid and he showed the transmission oil pan which is clean without any mash iron waste. Now my car running like new. What a experience?! Hi-Tech is such a dishonest auto repair shop! Please never go that shop!!!
