I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I paid 220.00 for my starter to be replaced because my car was having a difficult time starting. Three days later I kept having the same issue of my car not starting. I returned on the same day to have a mechanic look at my car. A mechanic looked at my car and then explained what the problem could be but he didn't have enough time. I was asked to bring my car back two days later. I arrived on time to wait 20 minutes to have a different mechanic look at my car and was told that the original mechanic was too busy to assist me. They were not trying to help me resolve this issue because they were not making money of the visit. I will not return I'd rather travel 45 minutes to an hour than go to a place that's 5 minutes away. Poor customer service especially when you confront them about their work.

DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF The tow truck driver gets commission to take your car there --- and then they quote you an extremely high price. THEN they want to charge you for the estimate --- even when their website says FREE estimates! Do NOT allow them to strong arm you like they have me and other people!!! Kim is a liar !!!!!!!

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix.
