Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

I don't normally do this but because of exceptional service I feel compelled to say to all of you who have paid too much at dealerships that may or may not fix your problem you would be well-advised to give SANKO at this location a chance to change your mind about luxury car repair. Stay away from here. Buyer beware. Shady AF POS here. Man misrepresents himself as private dealer on Craigslist. List purchase price for under what you pay for it on legal paperwork, will not work with you once money is in hand. Asked for refund and was told it was spent on "medical bills" and claims to have bad heart. I hope he actually is telling the truth about his heart and I hope it hurts - so he knows what every customer who was foolish enough to buy a car from his crooked establishment feels. Go anywhere else, you will regret this place. Freedy and Jack belong in a jail cell not a "dealership".

I would never recommend taking your vehicle to Heims Transmissions. The owner drove my truck around town and drove it to his home where it caught fire. He never called me to tell me my truck caught fire till I called the next day check the status on my truck. He put out the fire with a water hose at his home. He never called the fire department till the next day. If I never called him to check the status of my truck I would have never known it was totaled. I took the vehicle back to him twice because the services were never fixed correctly. He will not refund my money that I paid him. Poor customer service and obviously he did not know how to fix a truck.

I started going to 301 Auto within the last year and I like them. Good service, fair pricing and quick turnaround. In one instance I had them check a suspension item on my Infiniti that another shop said needs repair. Would have been an easy thing gif them to agree with the other place and do the $300 + fix. They looked at it, explained what they saw and why it wasn't needed. So I believe they are honest and not just out to make a buck wherever they can. Frank J. Mechanicsville, VA

John the Manager was very professional and told me what to expect and approximately how long it would take to complete the job. There was rust underneath the truck which caused an extra amount of time and I was kept up to date throughout the process. I understand that in this mechanical world there are many unknowns that may take place and cause delays but his mechanics are very thorough and meticulous and will not deliver a vehicle until the problem is fixed to their expectations!

My husband took our Mercedes in because the headlights were going out while driving at night. We took it in for repair. We were told that the diagnostics said the alternator needed to be replaced. After paying a bill for 495.00, the car was still doing the same thing the next day. We took our car back to get the problem corrected. In the mean time, my husband called a local Mercedes repair shop to inquire about the headlights and they told him that most likely a module needed to be replaced. (No mention of the alternator at all). Low and behold, when we called Buddy South back, Scott, the manager told me that they THOUGHT the problem was the alternator but now they THINK it is a switch and we needed to fork over another $520 dollars. When I asked why both problems did not show up when they did the diagnostics, he said they only checked for problems with the alternator. (But the diagnostics should have been to detect the problems no matter what was causing the problem).I asked Scott if they checked to make sure that the problem was fixed after they replaced the alternator and he said he could not duplicate the problem. However, they were able to duplicate the problem the second time around. All they had to do was let the car run with the headlights on for 10 minutes and "voila". I don't think they tried the first time around, because they ASSUMED the alternator was the problem. Basically, if you have a foreign car, don't let BUDDY SOUTH guess at your car problems....It will cost you dearly. I was forced to give them one star but I would never recommend this shop to any one.....unless I really wanted to see them spend unnecessary money. I wouldn't wish that on any one.
