New Tire Purchase
I visited Jacks when I was shopping for new tires and was attracted to their factory wholesale pricing. $45 for a new tire (honda civic) was the lowest price I could find online and in the area. I live in the fan (in Richmond, VA) and Jacks was the closest shop to me. It's nice to be able to support a minority-owned and operated local business. I was very happy to be back on the road in just over a half an hour from the time I brought the car in. Low prices, hassle-free, fast service, friendly service ... what more could you ask for?! I will be going back to Jacks for all of my tire needs as well as for my oil changes and really, any other service that they provide; if I need it, I will go see Jack.

I will not be driving today, thank to Jacks Motor Car Corp
Two months ago I bought a car from Jacks Motor Car Corp at Broad Street. I am very pleased with this company. They sold me a 2001 Chrysler convertible with low miles and I am very happy with my car. The book value about $4500.00 but Jacks is willing to sell me for $2500 cash. The car is completely very good condition for the year 2001 with 102k miles only. I personally writing this to inform people that Jacks Motor Car Corp is the best used car dealer around and honest and reliable. They specifically told me the used car is sold "As-Is" if I have any problem with the car within a week they will do all the necessary repair. And today, I'm still driving my car with no issue. I will not be driving today without Jacks Motor Car Corp. Thank you Jack and keep the good work and don't worry about other people who try to bring down your business.

purchased use car
BEWARE OF THIS BUSSINESS: Very unsatisfied with the service we recived after purchasing a used vechicle. We were lied to in the begining when we were told this car had NOT been wrecked. When my husband got home after purchasing and there was smoke coming from under the hood he looked at the car on the lift and he discovered is had indeed been wrecked. At first jack was very understanding. He offered to help us get the parts and he offered to fix our car in his shop. My husband said he would rather do the work hiself. After reciving incorrect parts and then being given the "run around" for several more days my husband grew impatient and said hey i NEED this car on the road and jack told him if he was going to be a d*** then he could go f*** himself and wasmt getting s*** from him ! How unprofessional and unexpected! We would much rather just buy the parts ourself and fix this vehicle ourself then deal with such a horrible bussiness. I would not ever reccomend this place to anyone. I had already given 2 people looking for new amd used tire jacks card. After this i IMMEDIATELY called them and told them to take there bussines else where. I do NOT appreciate being lied to, cursed at, and put off and im sure you wouldnt either so i suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere !

Jacks Motor Car Corp
I'm very satisfied with Jacks Motor Car Corporation. This car company is a one stop shop. They sell pre-owned car and they also has a Repair workshop and a tire shop. They are very thoughtfull and professional and honest with their services. I bought a pre-owned car and suprisely they wrote me a thank you letter with a free oil change coupon for a year and free state inspection as long as I still own my car. I would recommend anyone out there to buy car or services to Jacks Motor Car Corporation. It is hard to get a honest people around these day. Thank you Jack.
