Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

Best Repair Shop Around! A undereducated diagnostic lead me to believe car problem was one thing but they not only fixed the correct problem, they saved me money as well. Kind and courteous staff kept me aware of progress and made me feel that my best interests were as important to them as it was to me. Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

My am fm cd radio died in my 2004 Silverado. They quoted me $275 to repair it and it would take about 4 hours. To remove fix and reinstall. They have a nice waiting room so I opted to wait and read a book. I was surprised me when 30 minutes later they pulled the truck out front. The tech said a slice had come lose in the power wire where a cb radio was hooked up. Charged me $40 and I was on my way!. Great folks and honest too.

BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU GO THERE!!! SIGNED A former employee.

Owner threatened a latinx woman over a matter that could have calmly been discussed. Maybe it's racism, maybe it's not, his motivation for being rude is not clear it can only be contemplated. Regardless, I'm not going to try and find out.
