During the inspection a leaking thermostat housing and a loose front end part were found. Repairs were done quickly and correctly. Been taking our cars there for years and will continue to do so. Always good customer service.

Thomas Seeley was so amazing! I got there right in the morning and he got my car state inspected and up to par, then gave me an idea of what they needed to fix to get the engine light to go off. Once we established that, he thoroughly explained (and pointed to things in the car) to show me what he thought needed to get done BEFORE making me pay for a diagnostic. Then he gave me the option to do one to confirm it so he can do the work, which I did. Within an hour and a half, he had not only correctly identified and confirmed the issue, but fixed it! So wonderful. I love that he came out and gave me periodic updates too.

AC was blowing warm air and required evacuation and recharge. Service was performed at less than half the cost of other facilities. Now I have cold air blowing and would totally recommend their services.

Look, I'm sure I could have shopped around for cheaper break repairs and the other repairs that needed to happen for my car. But, in short, I trust you guys. Because of how you all have treated me in the past I didn't blink twice when you told me what needed to be done. As long as I live in Richmond I'll use you guys. I recommend you to any one who need car work, and I will continue to do so. You all have earned my trust which can be super hard to find with auto repair. Great job!

Knowledgeable Staff
The service writers are very knowledgeable about what is needed and able to explain why. The shop is very clean and comfortable. They offer a nice size waiting room and a room for children to play. The bathrooms were very clean as well. I highly suggest CA to everyone. Adam, Thomas, Brian and Dennis thank you for taking care of my Audi Q7. Julie Parker

Wonderful Experience
Generous, light-hearted, compassionate and authentic... I would drive from VB to have my car worked on by their fine ladies and gentlemen. What a wonderful experience when we hit a trailer hitch on our road trip to the mountains and ended up with two flat tires with a German Shepherd/Chow in the backseat, they offered a bowl of water and a quiet place to decompress - Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping our backpacking adventure on track, we couldn't have done it without each of you!
