The first time I brought my car in, I said, "I fear the radiator's busted as my car is overheating, and I'm worried it's going to cost a lot to replace." When I came back the next day, he charged me $20, explaining that it was just a simple hose replacement and that the radiator itself did not need replacement. I was stunned by such efficiency and honesty when I wouldn't have known any different. I've been a loyal customer ever since, and just yesterday I was reminded again of how wonderful they are when they replaced my key FOB battery for free. Farina's has changed the way I think of auto repair shops, through years of excellent, professional, speedy, and reliable service. What's more, they've restored my faith in mankind. I would never dream of going anywhere else.

As the reviewer Brian F. notes, they are very fast in turning around repairs, and Jasbir goes the extra mile to find you the best price for quality parts. The mechanics have been terrific in diagnosing (and triaging!) fixing problems with my aging car, and they have no problem telling me if an issue is something that needs to be done now, or can wait for my shallow pockets to save up for the work to be done. This an atmosphere where customers are appreciated and treated in a friendly and professional way. They have never tried to "upsell" me on any services, and, as a woman, it feels great to be respected as a garage customer. I will take my car nowhere else. Upon returning, I was charged again for a new inspection because the initial one had expired. This caused inconvenience, as I couldn’t register my car at the MVA. Additionally, during the second inspection, they insisted on repairing a part of my vehicle that the dealer confirmed was not necessary. It seems they prioritize profit over genuine service, leaving me to cover costly repairs for something that isn’t even faulty.”and I have to bring my car i again to be re inspected so I hope this time pass and they don’t came out with something else !!
