My Jeep was having some sensor and noise issues so I took it in for Jerry to look at. He found the issues and let me know exactly what the charges would be to fix it. I am a newbie to the world of Mercedes and recently invested in a used 2004 Mercedes Benz 500 SL. It is a beautifully designed car, and mileage was 87,000 when purchased in December 2017. I love the style and the way it handles, but was not aware of the complicated ABC hydraulic suspension system, which seems the most common general complaint of other owners of the MB 500 SL. When my ABC light came on during a trip to VA Beach, I was able to drive it back to Hampton, however upon researching, I should probably been towed. I made it back safely, and when I added fluid to the suspension it simply came gushing back out under the car. I called around and a good friend, and fellow MB owner recommended Autobahn Auto, which is very nearby to where I live. I drove the car over, and was given great personal service and attention by Buddy who apparently manages the desk and shop. Upon checking it out, I needed a major hose replacement. Autobahn handled it for me expeditiously and got me back on the road in 2 days. They were fair, friendly and Buddy even provided pictures of the work that was done and the rodeo testing afterward. I could not be more pleased to report and recommend Autobahn Auto. They will be my "go to" mechanics for all future service and repairs.

I rode around for days, my car kept cutting off on me and would be stranded on side the road. I called the dealer to see if they could tell me what the problem was and they advised me to bring the car in so they could look at it. BUT, also was told that they could not tell me anything without the car acting up. So I rode around for another month, praying not to break down on side the road - but I did. I was recommended to D & D Automotive. I called, made an appointment and took my car down to the shop. The owner diagnosed my vehicle and told me in less than thirty minutes, that my throttle body had gone in my vehicle. He ordered the part and my vehicle was up and running in less than 2 days! I would recommend this company to anyone!! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

This repair shop not only targeted me as a woman, they targeted me as a military black woman. They fraudulently charged me for repairs not rendered and used intimidation tactics to keep my vehicle. I had to call the police to deal with the belligerent owner who was also very belligerent towards the police. Additionally, they kept my car and refused my payment method because they were upset that I questioned all of the charges. They had my vehicle for more than 6 weeks, with no calls for updates. They stated that they didn't have my number. The tried to add a $400 charge after they said my car was ready for pickup and I had to bring my significant other to the shop to investigate and found out that what they were trying to charge me was not needed and provided them training and the part so that they car can be repaired. Finally, due to me questioning them and they belittling me they decided to increase the cost by $200 just because.
