My car was making a rattling noise when I started it. They did an oil change and said that fixed the issue. Two days later it started doing it again. The shop is always too busy to diagnose and fix problems.If it’s not a basic or straight forward issue they can’t handle it.

There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.

I called American Screen & Glass about my the cloudy glass in my french door. They came out the next day to give me an estimate. Since the girl on the phone had asked me the approximate size when I called, the service guy brought some stock sizes of replacement glass with him. It happened that I had a stock size door and so they were able to replace it right then. Great service all the way around, on the phone and at my house! I would definitely use them in the future!
