Mr T. my husband & I gave you not one but 2 windshields at a great price, I treated you like I would every customer of mine, but I can not let you bash us and not give my side of the story, but I guess you thought that every windshield would cost the same as the other 2 did...so I'm sorry that we could not give the windshield to you at no cost...we are in business to make money, not rip you off, and give you a quality job done with no call back for bad workmanship.... So, in our defense here at Budget Auto Glass, we are a small family owned business and we treat all of our customers like we would want to be treated!! Thank you Kim small business owner

While my car was in his shop he drove it thru the Portsmouth tunnel, he said to match the headlight. I got the bills because it is my car, he admitted it was him that made the charge. I sent him every bill I got, now its been sent to a collection agency. I cannot renew my license plates that expire the end of this month until its paid. For awhile he gave me excuses, then it was flat out lies. Now he is ghosting me. He owns his shop, I live on social security month to month. He was my trusted mechanic for 16 years. He used to say I wasn't just a customer I was a friend, with friends like that I don't need enemies. I would have given him 0 stars but not an option.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE... Terrible. they will rob you blind. aweful service... terrible work... i ended up paying twice as much for something because i had to take it somewhere else to fix what they broke. i will never ever ever go here again.
