These guys are awesome. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. There shop rates are lower, and they take time to explain what does and what does not need repairs. I have been very pleased with their work, integrity, and their advice. They really have done a lot to demonstrate I can trust them to take good care of my cars, without recommending unnecessary repairs. They recently added emissions and safety inspections. They also sold me tires. I'm so grateful, because unlike Costco, they take care of anything that might impact tire wear. You'll be glad that you now have someone to call your mechanic.

I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

This small shop is fast, friendly and humble. If I need a new or used tire I always go and they take great care of me. The prices are fair and compared to a similar shop in the area this is by far the best. They get 2 thumbs up from me!!!!

Great service. Cheap prices. Fast service. I went to 2 places and they both told me I needed new tires, 2 new rims, brake pads and rotors (i dont know how to spell that). The guy at bingo tires told me I just needed 2 tires and to rotate my tires and fix the alignment. Saved a couple hundred dollars and my car runs great. I recommend it to anyone.

Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)

Breaking parts for more business. Yep! They punctured a hole in my daughter's brake line so they could charge an additional $350 after charging $550 for replacing a serpentine belt and tensioner arm. Wish I could choose a negative star. We purchased tire trucks from the Fort Leavenworth location and have lifetime service. Having a bit of engine service seemed convenient, but every time we have not been happy with the quality. Can't get much worse than mechanics actually breaking parts.

Terrible, God awful service. Came in for fan belt change and tire rotation. They were unresponsive and short with me. They also completely screwed up the task at hand. I had to return to the midas and persuade them to fix my vehicle that now screeched like a banshee due to their mistakes. In order to get back at my return trip they also had stolen my dipstick.

Go here expecting to get a simple job done, and next they you know they hit you with the " Oh there are Unicorns jumping around in your engine.. you should get that fixed today" I waited for almost 7 hours to get this "work" I went there for a "FREE" tire rotation next thing you know i'm out $500 because of "necessary" repairs. Oh yeah and if you want to know how long it will take.. just wait someone will tell you... WHEN you get up and ask them yourself. Very unprofessional and rude. I'd rather push my car home, then ever go there again!

I have a big jeep and big tires, could find a place around that wasnt' going to charge me hundreds of dollars just to change the valve stems. I got referred to weber tire by a friend and I'm so glad they did. They charge me a quarter the of the price any where else did and they got it done fast! I planned on it being there for a bit so I had my wife pick me up to go to lowes. They were already working on it before I left and by the time I was a lowes, 5 minutes later they called me and said it was done and even cheaper than they quoted me. I'll definitely be returning to these guys!

i wish this website had a negative rating kind of thing. This place truly deserves -10 or so. They are here just to loot the customers. On phone they mention less price for tire installation but when you go in, suddenly the prices the doubled and you have to argue to get the right price. They took about 3 hours just to install the tires and I was being told it would take an hour... No one even had the courtesy to apologize to the customer. They also wanted me to replace tire fluid for $80 but on going to some other garage to confirm if I needed one, I found didn't need one... So this place really sucks. There are many other better places to go to in this area.

Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. The staff is always very friendly and courteous and the mechanics are experienced and knowledgeable. I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!

Went in with a grinding sound. Left extremely happy they were almost 200 dollars less than the dealer and I don't have as much brake dust on the rims as I used to get with the original pads. The manager was friendly and really made me feel very comfortable about making a decision. No pressure and all in all they did an excellent job. Returning next week to have my timing belt replaced. They literally were 500 dollars less than the dealer and offered me a free nationwide warranty. Really can't ask for more from a company. The techs are well trained and very professional. Highly recommend
