The first time I brought my car in, I said, "I fear the radiator's busted as my car is overheating, and I'm worried it's going to cost a lot to replace." When I came back the next day, he charged me $20, explaining that it was just a simple hose replacement and that the radiator itself did not need replacement. I was stunned by such efficiency and honesty when I wouldn't have known any different. I've been a loyal customer ever since, and just yesterday I was reminded again of how wonderful they are when they replaced my key FOB battery for free. Dmitry and Michael are the people I normally deal with on regular basis. When another mechanic told me I needed a lot of work done on my car, they told me that I only needed new tires (and I do, that's true). I have been going to them for over 10 years, and I have also recommended their services to my friends. When my friend's car broke down, one shop quoted her to change the waterpump and timing belt over $1000, and Dmitry fixed it for a lot less.

I love the honesty and service Mike provided. I brought in a n older BMW for Maryland state inspection and not only was he quick he didn't try to sell e a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Can't beat that.

Had been going to this guy for 15 years. In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.
