This repair shop not only targeted me as a woman, they targeted me as a military black woman. They fraudulently charged me for repairs not rendered and used intimidation tactics to keep my vehicle. I had to call the police to deal with the belligerent owner who was also very belligerent towards the police. Additionally, they kept my car and refused my payment method because they were upset that I questioned all of the charges. They had my vehicle for more than 6 weeks, with no calls for updates. They stated that they didn't have my number.
