I received a birthday coupon for a discount oil change, I went on a sat to get it done, they told me that they only do coupon M-F I made a appooinment for the following Tuesday 8:30am I showed up when they saw that I had a coupon on my hand they told me that they didnt have any appoinment under any name for that time, the guy behind the counter didnt even bother to look it up instead he searched on a scratch paper and said nope I dont have your name here, then he told me that they only accept coupons on Wednesday, I think they send coupons at home to try to get you to come in, and hopefully get you to paid full price by telling you they dont take coupons that day you are in.

I have been dealing with Mr. Tire in La Plata, MD for 10+ years. Had them put new tires on one of my vehicles and they damaged the rim. Took it back for them to repair, went back today and the rim is still damaged. I have never had damage to any of my vehicles since dealing with them, this is the first. This is the first time I dealt with this gentleman, first time seeing him there. Jimbo and Scott have always treated me with respect and very professional. I told him the rim was still damaged and he said you need to leave my property. I told him I have before and after pictures and he just kept telling me to leave his property, I am calling the police. He just kept getting smart and telling me to leave, they didn't damage my rim. My husband gets out the car and he said I am calling the police you threaten me, I was like what, I threatened you, he then said I didn't say that. I guess if you call them out for something they damage, you are a problem. I told him to call the police, I will wait for them because I done nothing wrong, just complain about them damaging my rim. After 10+ years you have to deal with something like this.

Forza was great, they did my timing belt service about $200 lower than anyone else in Stafford. Staff are courteous and informative, the shop is clean and well organized.

Happy going in, not happy leaving... I questioned the work and value... spoke to some knowledgeable people afterwards and 2 repairs done by this shop have been done inappropriately and done at a higher rate than should have been. The owner seems nice and helpful and knowledgeable, but seems to look out for himself rather than the customers interests first.

I visited this store in January of this year2015. I went in to pick up a alternator and purchase a thermostat for my truck. The man at the counter was just finishing up with a customer. As I stood in line waited for him to call the next customer in line. He just starred at me as to give me a look like I was there for him and he wasn't happy that I was there needing to make a purchase. I sure many of you have met this type before, you know, the person who just stares at you and doesn't bother to say hello or may I help you. So I told him I needed a thermostat and was picking up a alternator. He asked me for the year make and model of the truck, then he wanted the engine size. I told him and I told him the engine was a Cummins(diesel). I told him I didn't need a gasket, but he proceeded to be a know-it-all and said it it required. I have changed this before but wasn't sure so I took the gasket. His whole attitude was like he was God's gift to mechanics at the early age of 20-24.I took the parts and went to the cashier. No sooner than I got there he was walking by saying his good byes to the cashier. Well this would explain his demeanor and customer service attitude. I got home to install the thermostat and alternator just to find as I thought, I didn't need the gasket and the thermostat was the wrong one. The know-it-all turns out to be a fake. Oh and the new alternator was bad.

I took my van in for a state inspection and I was told my front breaks were down to less than 1/32. I ‘M a competent mechanic, but I decided to pay for service to save time. The bill came in 30 dollars over the estimate and the owner told me it was for "assorted cost". I asked what those were and the answer was floor mats and topping off the brake fluid (really!) . Now I had been sitting in the shop for 2 hours and heard him give stories to one customer after another, So I requested to see my old pads. Guess what? They all were all 3/16 (Three times the legal limit) or more! So I said that he was in the wrong and I wanted him to make it right. At first he said he’d put the old ones back, but when I said ok to this he said he’d charge the full cost anyways! Then When I said I’d take him to court he tried to rip the used parts out of my hand, hard enough to give me a small cut! Any how I’m going to court and I want to warn every one about this slimy business.
