I'm a long-time customer of Automotive Concepts, and Jim just keeps on... read more I'm a long-time customer of Automotive Concepts, and Jim just keeps on giving me reasons not to even consider using anyone else for my automotive needs. I recently called extremely last minute for an inspection as I was overdue and only in-state for a day. Jim was busy as usual, but he told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it. Less than an hour later I was all set. Great that there are still business owners who care about their community and customers. 5 stars for Automotive Concepts!
