He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. My son took his car to them he had a heater core issue. They agreed to replace to core and fix the leak. They next day we had a major antifreeze leak inside the car and underneath the hood. Had to take the car to another shop. Midlothian Village Shell never replaced the core. I called and they said the would not stand by there work ! Very dishonest

These guys are great. I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic.
