Engine repair service near Triangle, VA

The arrogance and anti customer service attitude of the 2 men who seem to always be the ones working the counter makes this Exxon a place you don't want to go. STAY AWAY if you can. If you want excuses rather than good service this is the place to go!

i wish this website had a negative rating kind of thing. This place truly deserves -10 or so. They are here just to loot the customers. On phone they mention less price for tire installation but when you go in, suddenly the prices the doubled and you have to argue to get the right price. They took about 3 hours just to install the tires and I was being told it would take an hour... No one even had the courtesy to apologize to the customer. They also wanted me to replace tire fluid for $80 but on going to some other garage to confirm if I needed one, I found didn't need one... So this place really sucks. There are many other better places to go to in this area.

On February 3rd 2016, I went to Burrels Automotive in Dahlgren, VA with brand new parts stated above purchased. They in return said they would just charge labor. So as I went with all new parts, (Brake pads, rotors, and calipers for both sides) The technician did the entire side on the passenger side, and proceeded to do the drivers side, but did the rotors, and brake pads, and put the old caliper back on new equipment which gave the same noise with new pads that were eaten on the inner side of the caliper, but according to the, ""MASTER TECHNICIAN"" was able to save it?! Why save it when you had a new one in the trunk, and was instructed to put all new equipment on the car?!

I spent months/years dealing with them - it was not a good experience. Google reviews provides some interesting comments.
