They did a tremendous job on my teen's 1990 truck that we're restoring! I've worked on cars for over 40 years, and their service, from beginning to delivery, is first rate. Excellent quality as well as value for their good rates. I thought so much of the first job, I brought them our next project car as well. This shop was awsome. Very fairly priced staff was awsome. My brakes became super soft and going to the floor and I called they were quick to get me in showed me what was wrong gave me a fair price and then took me home so I could get my kid off the school bus. The owner was super helpful and I was amazed at how professional and courteous everyone in the shop was. This is now my shop for all my repairs in the future I will never go anywhere else. Even offer a military discount for active and retired. Super job guys customer for life

I have had several of my vehicles in fro service over the past 8 months at Ocean Air, and I cannot say enough about how awesome these guys are. My 2005 GMC truck had the weirdest random problems that eluded several other shops in town, including a dealer, who gave me a large quote for something they weren't sure or right about. The guys at Ocean Air did a great job at a great price.

I've been a regular customer for fuel purchases for many years. For State vehicle inspections I've used someone else for over twenty years, but the owner retired so I decided to try Skymart (formerly known as Raceco). First I checked to see If I could find reviews and this site is one of a few I found. The BBB site gives it and F, they did not return a call to the BBB whenit inquired about a complaint. Several, actually the majority of the reviews/ratings were very poor/low, however there are also some very positive reviews and ratings. I and noticed that many of the poor reviews seemed to involve the service manager and communication. Feeling kind of lazy and not wanting to search to hard for an Inspection Station I decided to use Skymart with caution. First I called and spoke to a the service manager, I confirmed that they were doing inspections and that I would arrive well before their 4pm cut off. I also checked to see how busy and was told they should be able to get me done pretty quickly. When I arrived I parked first and went inside to meet the manager. I asked if she was the person i had spoken with about inspections and she said she was. She told me there was one car ahead of me. She had me fill out a form and in about 20 minutes or so the mechanic came into the waiting room to collect my form. We spoke briefly about my vehicle. He told me the inspection would take about 30 minutes and then he went out and pulled my truck in. About 30 minutes later I was leaving. The service was very good. I did observe that the manager has a very abrupt way of answering questions and responding to customers. I would say that in my case establishing good communication with her and the mechanic was key to a happy conclusion. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because there was no warm and fussy from the manager, more of a take it or leave it attitude. I can see why there are so many low ratings.

The fat guy is a liar. Work was supposed to be done took somewhere else and they say it wasn't done. He likes to be paid under the table so no one knows claiming he's cutting a deal.

We call 30+ boat repair shops in the area to get our boat fixed in time for Memorial Day weekend and Grizzard was BY FAR the most responsive and then were the only ones that went out of their way to get us a quote, get us the parts that we needed and ensured that we were taken care of. Carlton was in constant communication with us, gave us an option to spend less money on a new propeller, and offered impeccable customer service. To say that we are pleased with the level of service we received would be an understatement -- we are over the moon. Thank you, Carlton and Grizzard Repair. Over filled my car with oil. Wont be going back

Please to everyone out avoid this place like the plague these guy do not know what they are doing. I went in for a tuneup. I thought he changed all 8 so I went for a test drive car running like crap worst than before I brought it to them. Came back to the shop looked under hood he only changed seven of the eight plugs and wires and did not gap the plugs . One was to hard for him to get to so he left it, So now have to take truck to dealer to get done right.IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE STAY AWAY THEM IT WILL ONLY COST YOU MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.

While my car was in his shop he drove it thru the Portsmouth tunnel, he said to match the headlight. I got the bills because it is my car, he admitted it was him that made the charge. I sent him every bill I got, now its been sent to a collection agency. I cannot renew my license plates that expire the end of this month until its paid. For awhile he gave me excuses, then it was flat out lies. Now he is ghosting me. He owns his shop, I live on social security month to month. He was my trusted mechanic for 16 years. He used to say I wasn't just a customer I was a friend, with friends like that I don't need enemies. I would have given him 0 stars but not an option.

Please dont waste your money going to that place . If you dont have a new car dont go there . They will rip you off . Even if there is nothing wrong with you they will show you 1000 problems. I went there to do an inspection for my car 1999 altima . which had no apparent problem . They gave me 10 different problems and asked me to do a 600 dollar maintenance , basically asking me to change the light bulbs ,cleaning,rear tail light lens changes and what not...
