I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

I’m very pleased with Northshore Automotive. It’s the only place I bring my cars to for maintenance. Why? They do excellent work, they have reasonable prices, and they have excellent customer service. It's one of those things you just want to keep it for yourself, but I guess I have to share.
