No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.

I’m very pleased with Northshore Automotive. It’s the only place I bring my cars to for maintenance. Why? They do excellent work, they have reasonable prices, and they have excellent customer service. It's one of those things you just want to keep it for yourself, but I guess I have to share. I would not go anywhere else!

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!
