I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

Simply these guys are the very best at taking care of your BMW, Mini and Audi auto. I recently took my 2002 e39 530i for service and repairs, and the service was exceptional.
