I had immediate help when my car wouldn't start. We ran up against a weekend and a holiday. However, they got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and one of the things we really appreciated was their communication with us. They took time to talk with us, explain the situation and also returned calls. Hockett and Olsen went above and beyond to help us. They have managed to keep our very old cars running. We will continue to use their services in the future.

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

I found the staff to be Audi experts and enthusiasts. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to fix the car correctly, and communicated with me each step of the way. would highly recommend!

Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him and this garage. Thank you, Bob, for all your concern and help.

I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about.
