I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. Over the years, I have never once needed a second opinion, a re-do by somebody else, or a course in anger management after dealing with this outfit. I figure that if I am shelling out my hard-earned cash, a merchant had better deserve to have it. AFC deserves to have it.

Hands down best experience I've had at an automotive shop. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the near future :)

I’m very pleased with Northshore Automotive. It’s the only place I bring my cars to for maintenance. Why? They do excellent work, they have reasonable prices, and they have excellent customer service. It's one of those things you just want to keep it for yourself, but I guess I have to share. I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's.
