Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I DO NOT recommend you use this contractor for any window/door related work. The installation was so poor that I was required to hire an alternate contractor and pay them $1,250 to correct all the mistakes Dave Vick and Econo Glass made. I hired Econo Glass (Dave Vick) to install two sliding glass doors, a french door, and five windows. The french door was installed (by the side and top fins) and it sat nearly an inch above the ground and the threshold would bend/deflect when you stepped on it. The windows and doors were not square. The windows were not measured correctly and different size trim (between 1/4 and 1 1/2 inches) was required between the ceiling and the window frame. Dave Vick did not return to fix the windows and he was extremely confrontational.
