I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. No fishing for extra work, or looking for other "problems" to fix. In fact, the opposite--they noticed some missing bolts on the skid plate, and replaced them free of charge. MotoVac service went longer than expected due to a seized fuel line, but they stuck to the original quoted price instead of dinging me for the extra shop time. Nice to finally find a shop worth recommending and returning to!
